Expédition et manutention

We ship to Canada, normally within 3 business days, via Canada Post through their Ground/Surface deliver, unless otherwise requested. All Canadian orders receive automatic package tracking. We are not responsible for missing packages where address information has been incorrectly entered through the ordering process, or for packages damaged in transport.

Shipping timelines are as follows:

Canada: 1 - 3 days within Ontario and, up to 7 days nationally

Additions or cancellations

To avoid confusion and ensure a speedy delivery, please check your order carefully before you check out. That being said, we know that mistakes happen. If you have forgotten to add something to your order or you wish to change it, please email us within 24 hours with your name, order number and additional items being requested and we will do our best to accommodate your request. In some cases, you may need to place a new order. Additional costs for merchandise and shipping will be added to your original bill.

Incorrect, damaged or lost goods

If you received incorrect or damaged products, save all contents and packing material and contact us within 3 business days. Failure to contact us promptly voids any responsibility we may have had.
